Chihanbil




Chihanbil is a delicious meal and also easy to cook


Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken (I used chicken legs)
  • 2-3 onions
  • 100ml. oil
  •  2 tea spoons of salt

1. Cut the chicken into pieces (if used whole chicken cut into 14-16 pieces ) and mix with salt.



2.  Heat the oil and fry the chicken in a high heat or 5-7 minutes.
Cover and reduce the heat. Continue cooking in middle heat until all water evaporated.



3. Add chopped onion. Mix snd cook qnother 10-15 minutes in low heat.


The meal is ready!
