Meat rolls

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef (I used 85% beef 15% fat)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 slices of bred
  • 1 carrot (finely shredded)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 table spoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tea spoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tea spoons of salt
  • 1 egg
  • Omelet from 3 eggs
  • 4-5 tablespoons of oil
  • 8 Oz cheese (optional)

Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C)
Soak the bred slices in milk.
Put the shredded carrot, chopped onion, chopped parsley, soaked bred, ground beef, mayonnaise, 1 egg, salt and ground black pepper into a bowl. Mix well about 10-15 minutes.

in another bowl mix 3 eggs, a picnh of salt and black pepper.
Take 2 table spoons of the mixture aside (for brushing the roll)

cook the rest of the egg mixture like an omelet

Spread the ground beef mixture on clear wrap
Cut the omelet and cheese
and spread them on the edge of the meat (as shown in the picture below)

and roll the meat...

Transfer it onto a lined pan with foil.
brush 2 tablespoon of egg mixture that you set aside over the roll
and bake 35-40 minutes

Cut and serve hot with mashed potato or Turkish pilaf with vermicelli
